What is and why do we
use Lean methodology?

Lean production rapidly reduces costs and stocks to release cash, which is essential in a slow economy. It also supports growth by improving productivity and quality, reducing delivery times and freeing up huge amounts of resources.

Lean is a highly advanced way to manage an organization to improve the productivity, efficiency, and quality of its products or services. These management techniques have been used in both the aerospace industry and the automotive industry. In the production sector, the concept is sometimes referred to as "World-class Production" or "High Performance Production".

Lean Manufacturing is derived from the methods of the successful Japanese carmaker Toyota. The customers of a company are the final judges whether or not that company has created value. Lean's approach leads leaders to improve their organizations by focusing on eliminating any and all waste. Lean focuses on improvement and supports techniques for controlling the flow of material in the company.

Lean methodology can be used in any industry or process where optimization, efficiency and productivity are desired. All this leads to a united and motivated team that enjoys the company's successes, those successes will be reflected through customer feedback!

LEAN is ... "A mindset or way of thinking, with the commitment to perform a completely waste-free operation, which focuses on the success of your client ... It is achieved by continuously simplifying and improving all processes and relationships in an environment of trust, respect and full employee involvement ... It's about people, simplicity, flow, visibility, partnerships and true value as perceived by the customer. ”
